I am a runner for almost 56 years with a 24:39 5 mile and 30:26 10K as PRs. In my occupation as a Podiatrist, I have treated world record holders, Olympians, National Distance Hall of Famers, and professional athletes as well as the weekend warriors. All ability levels are important to me.
